Web and User Experience Design
Web-based projects produced as part of my work as a front end developer and for class assignments
Creature Conjure Board Game
I am an avid board gamer. To try my hand at game design, I created a tactile/strategy board game called Creature Conjure.
CAD Scooter
I disassembled a working scooter, recreated it in Solidworks, and reassembled both the physical and digital parts, also making design improvements.
Sensors, Body, and Motion
During the course we used openFrameworks in order to make a plethora of sensors, cameras, projectors, and other devices come to life
Projects in Painting
In 2022 I had a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with my love of oil painting, which I had not taken serious time to pursue since completing my AP Art portfolio in 2018
Performing Robots
Performing robots helped me revitalize my love of learning, mechanics, and robotics. We not only built a series small robots of increasing complexity, but also developed an understanding of the different ways robots fit into our world today.
Wooden Mandala
Wooden Mandala is an interactive Installation designed by Aaron Sherwood and Kiori Kawai. My main role in the project was to handle the mechanical construction of each piece, as well as design solutions to mechanical problems.
Shell: 8mm Film Installation
This installation transformed the NYUAD Arts Center’s Cube space, using three short-throw projectors to create an immersive visual space.
